SEMA 2007 - Show Coverage - Day 2

2007 SEMA ShowNissan fans were well-supported by Calmini, who featured a pre-runner bumper for Frontiers, a 5" lift system, and an Xterra solid axle swap kit that allows the installation of a D44 front axle with a minimum of welding. Petersen's 4 Wheel and Off-Road impressed everyone with their JK Wrangler Unlimited on a 3/4 ton Dodge Ram Chassis and Cummins diesel. Probably an easier job than swapping all those pieces onto a JK chassis...maybe?

DAY 1  DAY 3  DAY 4

Petersen's 4 Wheel and Off-Road JK Wrangler Unlimited on a 3/4 ton Dodge Ram Chassis and Cummins diesel.

Cummins power.

Supercharged 3.8L Chrysler V6 in a JK Wrangler.

Me and another "friend."

Call me crazy, but it seems to me that a lot of the people who work in the aftermarket industry are surprisingly attractive. How can they keep themselves in such great shape AND spend all that time designing all these cool products?!

Calmini 2005-up Nissan Frontier Pre-Runner front bumper. "This bumper is fully bolt on and is constructed of 2 inch by .120 inch wall tubing for great strength. The 1/8 inch skid plate provides additional front end protection."

Calmini Nissan front 5 inch IFS front suspension lift. This lift includes new cast steering knuckles, front diff brackets and easy to install MIG-welded subframe assemblies. It also includes a HD skid plate.

Calmini D40 Nissan HD Upper Control Arms. They provide extra clearance and length for proper caster/camber alignment. They're made from 1.5"x.188" wall 1026 DOM tubing and feature OEM style bolt-on ball joints that provide increased misalignment for extra wheel travel and the safety of a double shear captured mount.

Tom Woods replacement yoke for '07-up JK Jeep Wrangler t-cases. You can now replace the rusty factory yoke with a nice machined piece and use aftermarket driveshafts for higher lifts.

Calmini Solid Axle Swap kit for 00-04 Nissan Xterras. This kit is designed to replace the Nissan IFS with a Dana 44 axle and is 85% bolt-on with minor welding.

2008 Toyota Land Cruiser Project Vehicle. This vehicle includes a myriad of add ons such as Radflo Suspension Technology custome coil over shocks, TJM suspension components, Hannibal Safari rack, Off Road evolution rocksliders and 18 inch Ultra Goliath wheels with 35 Toyo M/Ts.

TRD Offroad Concept. A 2008 Tundra double cab with a host of TRD accessories towing a 28ft customized Featherlite car hauler trailer.

Here's another shot of that awesome diesel dually Tundra.

Rubicon Express 2008 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. Includes a 6.4L 392 Hemi and extreme duty 4.5 inch long arm suspension system with 37 inch Goodyear MTRs.

Note that the sway bar link is in the disconnected, stowed position.

Revtek's 6 inch lift for 1/2 ton '07-up GM light trucks. Includes new drop down brackets and spindles. Allows the vehicle to run 35 inch tires.
