Ansani Designs' Fiberglass Truck Bumpers With Built-in Light Pods

Tempe, AZ: Fiberglass high-visibility bumpers for popular late-model trucks are now available from Ansani Designs. Not covers, these are direct replacements for factory bumpers. Ansani Designs bumpers are manufactured by hand using a combination of uni-directional fiberglass and 'glass mat along with polyester resin. This produces maximum strength at the lowest-possible weight. Depending on application, Ansani bumpers are 40%-50% lighter than OE steel.

Ansani's innovative design incorporates mounting pods for three auxiliary lights (not included): 8" or 8.75" diameter depending on application. Bumpers are shipped in "paint ready" primer; custom painting and hydro-printed finishes are available factory options. These bumpers can also be manufactured from hand-laid composite carbon-fiber by special order.

Ansani Designs bumpers utilize factory mounts and brackets. Grade 8 hardware is included as necessary. Applications are currently available for 2003-07 Silverado/Sierra 2500HD (Hella Rallye 4000 lights recommended), 2007-09 Silverado/Sierra, 2008-09 F-250 and 2007-09 Tundra (all designed with KC Rally 800 lights in mind). Other truck and even UTV applications are in development.
