...anybody know,(1990 XJ,3"lift)if is there enough room to put 31"x10.5 or 33"x10.5 on stock rims?

31s no problem, 33s alot of body mods. If you plan togo 33s better to get more lift, helps in flex also

I have a 92 xj with 4.5 rubcon coils and a 1.75 coil spacer and my 33s rub still in the front when flexed out.

Then you need to extend you bump stops.
