...anybody know,(1990 XJ,3"lift)if is there enough room to put 31"x10.5 or 33"x10.5 on stock rims?

Yes, and if you fender trim for the 33's yes.

33x12.50MT's, 4.5"+ shocks and lower control arms, a cheap 12" sub, and a cheap amp

31s no problem, 33s alot of body mods. If you plan togo 33s better to get more lift, helps in flex also
