Well, I picked myself up an Airliquide m170 a few weeks back. Here are first 2 attempts at welding/fabricating.

Nice! All from taking the Air Liquide welding course and buying a welder. Kudos for jumping right in and going for it.

One thing about the bumper though, did you eventually run bracing from the side to the mount? I think you would get a lot more side strength out of it.
