Hey All!

My 1984 Bronco has a 351W in it; and a carburetor. We're looking at a high-altitude trip next year, and after having had unpleasant experiences with carbs going between high and low altititudes, I'm looking at some kind of fuel injection, but don't want to shell out the big $$$ for the Howell or comparable systems. A TBI-type is just fine by me.

Any recommendations as to what to pull a system off of? (Having trouble finding a newer truck in the junkyards with a 351.)

yes, it can be hard finding newer trucks in wrecking yards with FI or EFI, however, just keep looking. you're bound to find something sooner or later, or post in the wanted section.

(Okay, after a week away dealing with my folks,
I'm back.)

Thanks for the offers of the propane stuff, but I'm down in Dallas, Texas. Shipping would be a bit much, and propane's kinda hard to find around here.
