I just received my amsoil air filter for my Toyota 22re. It doesn't fit. It is off by about 1 cm all the way around. Has anyone else had this problem with amsoil air filters? If so, how did you fix it?

I had the same problem, I talked to Amsiol and they told me to just stuff it in. The extra is to allow for shinkage over time

What is the difference between the two I have heard good and bad about both what do you guys think?

K&N's don't filter at all. Open up your intake and have a look. You will probably notice a lot of crap along the sides. There have been a lot of independent tests done and the amsoil filters way better. It flows slightly better and it costs a little less.
