Amateur Radio 4x4 net on HF?

Does anyone know if there's a 4x4 net on HF, ie. on 80m? I was listening to the BC Public Svc Net on 3729 tonight, and had no trouble hearing stns from Alert Bay, Penticton, Revelstoke, Terrace, and even as far away as Manitoba. Not bad for a mobile! It would be neat to talk with other four-wheelers on a nightly basis, to update each others' progress, see where they are via GPS coordinates, and provide an additional measure of safety.
