If it's the same width differance as the fronts are, then 3.7", but don't quote me on that!
The main problem is that the sidekick rear diff is centered (well, almost!) so your rear driveshaft would be running on an angle is you just mounted it in centered. What you need to do is get the one side shortened to reduce the width, and to get the pinion in line with the t-case. Not sure about the costs to chop the housing and get a new axleshaft machined (and a spare!). It is a very strong unit compared to the sami rear though once done!
