how do i tell??

what to look for etc.

i don't know if i should buy a new housing at the risk that it may be bent too, or if mine isn't bent should i just get an alignment shop to look at it and take the swampers off? put the BFGs back on? etc. etc.

i dunno it's taken a lot of abuse

my first roll it got flipped over via a chain wrapped around the pass. side of the front axle.

i told the wrecker not to but he did it anyways..stuff like that.

any advice PLEASE ASAP..i can't stand driving like this.

to tell if its bent, pull the axles and peer through the housing, i bet ya i could tell you if it was bent a 1/4" this way. thats what we do at work and it works well, you can also then put a styrofoam cup in each end with a hole in it , this will make it even more obvious. if you have seals leaking all the time that you cant stop, thats another good one. or if you cant get the axle in or out very well, if its the front check the brass bushing that aligns the birf in the axle and see if its worn on an angle
