You will not only have to grind the calipers, but also the rather overbuilt cast caliper bracket as well. there was an article a few years back in Petersons where the editor at the time David Freiburger installed a D60 into his Ramcharger, he had a H*ll of a time getting the 15's to fit(STEEL WHEELS ONLY) I have heard recently that Eaton (or some other US rim mfg. ) is making some extra positive offset rims for fitting on the front 60's. myself I am gonna run 16.5's on my Chev 60 and they fit no problemo.
