Just a quick question here... Ive finally started on fixing my donor cab to get it on my frame and Im wondering if after I get it sandblasted and primered if i should fix the holes by: a) Fibreglassing it, b) using "kitty hair" bondo, c) using sheet metal and rivets, d) try filling it in with a wire feed or???

Just so you know, theres one on the drivers side pillar, in the floorboards, on both sides of the kickpanels, and two in the bottoms of the XtraCab window grooves.

Thanks, Russ:confused:

I was quite suprised at how a decently riveted panel actually held together on my 88 Zuki. Perhaps a nice piece of galvanized sheetmetal is just the ticket you are looking for:cool:

I would say weld the floorboards for sure, it doesnt have to be all that pretty cuz noone looks down there, and the rest maybe rivet it and bondo it smooth, Fibreglass is super easy to work with tho if you havent done all that much bodywork
