Has anyone installed one of these on a 2.5L YJ? I'm curious as to which K&N cone filter to use and what to make my air tube out of. Should I use PVC piping for the air tube or maybe a large diameter flexible radiator hose?

Would the performance increase be worth the swap from my stock airbox with a K&N filter installed?

I just bought and installed a cold-air induction kit on my 1994 2.5L YJ and it is fantastic. I'm not sure on how to make a homemade one, but I went to www.turbocity.com and bought mine. All and all, it cost me about $130 and it was well worth it. The performance is noticable, and it sounds like a have a new exhaust system. If you purchase from the web site, make sure you get the HI-FLOW filter($49.95 US) and the tube ($83) for the 2.5L. The filter looks just like a K&N and you can clean it also.

My 2 cents. -Aaron
