Hello, a small group of us are going up to Davis lake tommorow (Sun. 11). I have never been there and most vehicles are stock. The lake is behind/above Stave (Mission area) and there are lots of trails according to the guys who are leading us. We will be at Panorama Village Mall (Hwy 10 and 152st) Golden Arches at 9:00 am and plan to leave at 9:30. See you there, I will be on ch 4. This is not a club run just a few guys going exploring.

Is the gate open now? Last time I was up there they had a huge gate across the Davis Lake Road. Big signs everywhere saying Davis Lake Park closed to vehicles access buy foot only. I guess too many people were tearing it up with there 4x4s going off trials etc. I hope they have re-opend it.

Actually we ended up exploring some newly made logging roads that run off of the FSR at the end of Sylvester road. We almost made it to Harrison and then the road stopped.
Harry, we'll have to continue our exploration of this trail.
