Nobody was hurt, but my truck has seen better days and the Lady's car is a write-off.

Basically what happened is she failed to yield at a stop sign and would have T-Boned me except that my truck is so high she drove under my truck. My back wheels hit just infront of her passanger door, and then basically rolled across her hood along where her winshield wipers are!
I was going about 35MPH, she was going approx 10MPH.

Damage to my truck: Driveshaft ripped out of transfercase, driverside box fender tweeked, e-brake cable snapped.

Damage to her car: Passanger side front end smeared, frame's bent (there was a 6" gap between the door and the roof with the door closed). Front glass, hood, lights, bumper, basically most of the front end.

Cops came, wrote her a ticket....

that's too bad you're truck got damaged. people who don't know how to drive deserve that kinda thing. A friend of mine did the same thing in 100mile, crushed a sprint as a lady did the sae to him, only they tried to put the blame on hime, it took a year in court to get coverage for the damages to his truck and for him to prove his innocence??

I was once nearly tboned in the SAME location, by the SAME freaking guy 2 times in the SAME DAY!

The fool didn't know what yield meant, so he basically drove as if this turnoff was a road, until he saw there was NO WAY I was going to slow down for that stupid guy.

Would have been a pitty too - probably would have jolted my bungees loose!

I think the important question to ask here is what was your rear wheel ramp score?
