I have just finished cleaning up my d44 and 9"
The 9" came with only 1 e-brake cable so I was wondering can I just use the 2 cables of the d35????

I did that on mine it works fine. I would just do that. Also if you are going to be doing that then go to Gary's or somewhere and get a passenger side e-brake cable and put that in so you have no binding when you flex.. Put it on the driverside-.....

ya make sure you run two passenger side e brake cables and for the passenger side one in your jeep right now make sure you unconnect it from the bracket up top and just connect it with a little spring to the same location. this way instead of your cable being attached solidly and not being able to move under any flex it will just pull off the bracket and then spring back into possition after the wheel comes back up.
