I think Steve has been involved in a few meetings. I'll find out what's going on and post some info. The fellow I called today (at the District) is away till next week so hang tight a bit longer.

Yes, the 4WDABC has had representatives attending meetings with the city and the chamber of commerce. It sounds like there won't be a lot of changes this year but next year is when they begin their plan for the area.
