it is F**KED as you can see.
-what sould i do ?
-rebulid it my self or get a shop to rebuild it?
-if i do it, should i use oem or aftermarket parts?
-is this the time to put in a front locker kit?

where VICTORIA AREA can i get it rebuilt for cheap and or fast?????

who knows how a locker works??
or how it is installed?
does it replace the crown and pinion gears?

A locker doesn't replace the r+p, it replaces the entire carrier, or drop-ins like the lock-right replace the side and spider gears. If you're getting a new r+p put in, putting a locker in with it would be a good idea and would save you some major $$$$ if you ever wanted to put one in in the future. However, being IFS I'd just buy a replacement at a junkyard and throw it in.

Gears transmission service it is on david st off of bridge they do excellent work

is it all pressed together?

IMHO, I would avoid a auto-locker for the front diff and go with a ARB instead. If funds are an issue, a limited slip would be a good choice. Now would be the time for the install and save you from doing it twice.

If you want one with 4.56's I got one 30$
the only catch is the spider gears are welded up,its basicly a spool,but the gears are in good shape.
