Driving up there today i see a giant gate, so i guess us sooke boys dont have anywhere to four wheel,

This is NOT news, We knew it was coming, The area is private land
If you are mad at anyone go talk to THE LAND CONSERVANCY.......They are the ones who screwed you out of your fun
They suckered 3 million $ from the federal Liberals to lock you out of "their" land
If you are going to expend any energy at all, try talking to Lori from the IRC, there is still a chance to get an off-road park from the Victoria CRD.......
Believe me I am just as pissed as you,
