Head lights

I just put some new head lamps in my yj and now I seem to be blinding people in cars. Does anyone know a way to reangle your head lights for the distance from my jeep. I rember being told to park so far from a wall and they should hit the ground and the wall at the joint. Any help before I blind a cop and get a ticket.

If I recall correctly, the owner's manual has the measurements you're looking for. Failing that, a Haynes book or shop manual will.

Each headlamp has a pair of adjusting screws, one on the side and on on top, that you turn from behind the headlamp.

I wouldn't put them on the hood, also because of the glare, i have my KC's mounted on my Bulletproof Bumper. I've hit alot of thing with the bumper and the KC's are just fine. i like the mountings on the side mirrors, hella cool.
