My truck died last night, couldn't even bomb start.
My cam and rotar arn't turning what are the possibilites of the timing chain going. I need help :confused:

My timing chain isn't on the teeth on the top end.
does this mean it's broken or can it jump off.? :confused:

big trouble man. 22res aren't supposed to sound like diesels. Your guides most likely wore out and the chain snapped because it was rattling around so much. Time for a teardown.

Jr. gave me a 22r i'm taking the head in for planing and valve grinding. also came with good double chain.

the guides were all good, and the motor was a rebuild 20,000km ago, sprokets look good and so does the chain but it came off?
