Anyone have any knowledge of IMOVIE?

I downloaded some video to iPhoto and then moved it over to iMovie to edit.

The movie is showing in the editor but only audio is playing in the playback screen, no video. If I cut the clip into the project window it plays and shows video.

Hopefully my description is clear as mud. Any ideas why I can't view the video in the edit screen?

Might be a formatting problem, iMovie does that pretty often. I've had it happen.

Also, make sure you drag the movie file to the right section in iMovie. At the bottom, there are 3 tracks. The bottom two are for audio, and the top is for movie files. (I'm using iMovie from 2007, however)
