I need to replace my kingpin on my driver side how hard is this to do ? and should i redo my wheel bearings at the same time.
Is it also recomended to replace the other side at the same time ?

When I had to do mine, I figured if I have the whole assembly apart, might as well do the bearing as well. I did one side and then a few months later had to do the other side. It's not too hard to do and doesn't take too long. ;-)

Where are you guys getting your new kingpin bearing from? Is it a dealer only part or do some jobbers carry them?

check at some of the industrial bearing specialty shops.
BTW I just got a bearing # from another monkey and it is an NTN bearing with the same part #

A real 4by is one that has been over on all four sides.
