For the next 2 weeks, anyway. Wasn't even my idea. We went to the car rental place and my wife decides it'd be cool to upgrade from our reserved mid-sized car to a 4-dr JK. I was surprised to see that all of Thrifty's JKs were Rubicons. Thought it was overkill to have BFG MTs just to drive to a beach, but today they really paid off. Had to drive over a very bad lava field road to reach an ocean-side hotsprings pool. Didn't need 4wd but would never have attempted the drive on all-seasons.

We're on the Big Island, btw.

Nows the time to really pump up the fact that the 4dr JK is so nice and luxurious. All camping trips could be this comfortable if you were allowed to purchase one when you got home.
