I have made some upgrades to the Dana 300 flip kit. It is now going to have an Atlas II shifter assembly and shift rail guide. This will allow the use of interlocks and hopefully prevent the front axle from popping out of 4 low. It was more expensive than the completely fabricated flip kit, but I think it will be worth it if it prevents popping out of 4 low and has interlocks to prevent high-low combinations. It is still cheaper than Down East Offroads flip kit, and I have read reports of popping out of gear with that kit.
I will be swapping in the new Dana 300 within the next couple of weeks if the weather is decent and will have the underdrive out. If I feel really motivated, I will split it and take pictures of the inside and post them.
Does anyone know of a good FREE program for downsizing the images from a digital camera?
