i need someone to strengthen some welds on my new bumper and to weld my EGR pipe to my headers.
1. Are the headers currently out of the vehicle?
2. How many welds need to be done on the bumper? What's the issue with it?
3. What DVDs are available for trade?
4. Does the content of any of the DVDs rhyme with bornography? (U can email me privately if you're embarassed). :D

the only pron i got is "girl next door' with lexus locklear. i do have lots of other movies and my friend gets me dvds at next to wholesale so if whoever does the work wants, i can compile a list and try to get them.

i care more about getting the headers/egr problem fixed. the bumper situation can wait ( if anyone can recommend a place that can fix this cheap for sure, i'll give you the porn. its been annoying me off for over a year now. jb weld doesnt hold up to the high heat and pressure)

the headers are on the vehicle. its a tight spot, but i was told that a skilled welder with an arc welder coudl get in there

the bumpers are from a 88 hardbody and i want to fit them to my pathfinder. the extended piece will hit my rear tire carrier so i need to remove the 2 bars that hold it(2 bolts) , swing the bar down(easily rotates) and then i need someone to weld 2 longer bars at the new angle

rear bumper

pciture of the 2 bars that i need re-angle

the front bumper doesnt line up with the stock mounting points and i need it modified to fit.front bumper

there is also a rear hitch attached to the bumper. the welds look weak and i wouldnt mind them strengthened

arc welding in an engine comartment, on exhaust?? Now thats skill.
A Tig welder would be the easiest way IMO
A Mig welder would be the 2nd easiest, and prob. more common.
