What would you guys suggest as a May Long Weekend trip for an almost stock YJ and a stock Ranger? Preferably with good scenery a good place to camp on a lake would be nice, but do not want to sleep in the snow, what would you suggest?

Yeah... It sure don't look like spring will be arriving tomorrow that's for sure!!! This whole southern region is getting hammered right now. Just incredible, and tiring!!! Looking out my window, I swear that's Santa's workshop I see out there yonder! Spring at the North Pole!
You won't be using a Jeep and Ranger to get to a nice lake this May long... perhaps a tean of sled dogs or flying reindeer are in order.

I've used up my sick days, so I'm calling in dead, and I'd like three funeral days along with my weekend off.

hehe Slip Slidin Away.

Had a relative back in the 30's put a trailer axle under the truck mid way. Aired down the rear tires and wrapped a rubber track around the whole thing. With skies slapped on the front he Dilivered the mail cross country using snow drifts to cross the fence line.

If your going to head for harrison, be there on the thursday aft, or else all the good spots are taken. If you do go up on thursday bring enough beer for the whole weekend, cause there will be roadblocks on friday and sat.
