I recently installed a 2" BL in my 88YJ. Now I'm having problems with my tranny jumping out of reverse. Any suggestions?

Sounds like you need to open up the shifter hole a bit for the shifter to seat into the reverse position properly.

YUP!!! thats what it is. I had the same problem with my jeep when i did the 2 " BL lift. Just lift off that rubber seal and cut the opening back about half a inch to a inch. (play with it and find what works)

Good luck
