Okay I have been flamed, doublebarrel has been flamed about this topic.
I am not trying to start a war, all i want to know is how do you define land as okay to 4x4 on or not.
If it is owned by the government does that make it okay?

As far as I know we are allowed on any Crown Land. If you have permission from the land owner you can wheel on private land(but pleas don't post the locatons on here)

I believe (and it's late and I may be mistaken) that at the last 4WDABC meeting it was said that since Eagle Ridge is crown land, it is not illegal for us to be up there (no matter what those cranky residents say).
