Hi i have a '92 geo tracker and I was looking to just swap out the old springs and add some longer springs 2"longer(custom fabercated) I was wondering if this could be done? or is the more details to it? like brake lines etc... any help would be much appreciated.

It's not that simple, you will have to deal with shocks and struts and most likely you will wear out your CV joints nice and quick.
