I know i could call around, and i will, just trying to get a feel for prices right now, gotta see what i'm looking after i pay off a couple debts. Anyways, i'm looking at used gears, 4.56, for a XJ d30 and D44? I will settle for 4.10's and i'm sure gary's is the cheapest. No labour or anything, just the gears, and i guess the carrier too? I'm going with 4.56 cause i want a little better crawling ratio with 33's than i would with 4.10's.
Thanks

I don't see why there should be a difference in price between 4.10s and 4.56s if they're used, as there isn't if they're new.

When I was buying gears for my Cj I priced out 4.10s, 4.56s ans 4.88s. The difference in price was minimal with brand new stuff(I think the 4.88s were $20 more than the 4.56s) so I imagine that used should all be the same price. My prices were for a D60 if that makes a difference.

The only reason why i say i can get 4.10's cheaper probably is because i'd get them gary's, cause they've come in old XJ's. But 4.56's i'd have to get from I.W.E or someplace that, thats all.
Hey rockwell, is that $300 for both axles or just one?
Thanks guys
