that wouldnt be smart considering the 2011 line will be the lsat year for Hummer then GM is discontinueing them because the deal with HZ in China fell through due to bankrupcy, and theyve only commited to 10 years of support for parts.

Agreed, but articulation can come from a good amount of droop too.

The diesel in there is more appealing to me, I believe it's rated at 180hp and 300ft/lbs.

I don't know about that. I think having a good balance btwn up travel and down is better than having mostly down travel. Anyone read any suspension articles on the topic?

articulation isnt all about uptravel where the tire needs gobs of room to cycle the suspension. id value downtravel and f/r balance more...and since low n wide is the way to go...looks like whoever built this jeep has implemented it to their design. very slick lookin truck for sure!

Sonny has it exactly, having more down travel means you can have good flex with less lift keeping the CG low. The better way IMO.
