Mine stay nice 'n' quiet with a little synth grease. The OME springs have counter-sunk holes to accept a needle tip grease gun fitting - you can use a syringe fitting on stock leafs to get grease in between. The syringe tip is also useful for greasing bushings that have collected dust in the anti-seize to keep them quiet. (That's the slow, proper method - and it lasts awhile).
If I'm in a rush, and haven't time to get slick with grease, I use an aerosol white lithium grease to quiet them down. The cans of the stuff that I've found come with a small straw to get the grease as much in between the leafs as possible.
