Which side of Stave?

Get onto Lougheed Highway and head to Maple Ridge.

For the West Side (Most common, and closest) you can either get onto Dewdneyt Trunk and drive for half an hour till you reach the dam....

Or, continue on Lougheed, through Maple Ridge, to the MR / Mission border, and turn left onto Wilson (in Ruskin, there's a huge corner store there, some saw mills, and the Shake And Shingle Pub). Follow Wilson up to Dewdney, turn right onto Dewdney, and then follow to above mentioned dam.

Turn left at the dam onto the gravel road, and you're there. If you wanna figure your way around, pick up the Backroads MApbook from Chapter's for $15.95.

For the east side (More fun!) keep on Lougheed through Maple Ridge, through Mission, and onto Hatzic..... you'll reach Sylvester... there's a Husky station on the corner...... follow that for 15 mins..... the FSR starts at the end, just past Cascade Falls. Again, Backroads Mapbook comes in handy.
