The TH350 has a 27-spline output, the TH400 has a 32-spline output. Your NP203 input
gear will need change to match the different transmission. Also, the TH350 uses a 4-bolt pattern to the T-case, where the TH400 has a 6-bolt pattern. I dunno if A/A makes an 27-spline output shaft for the TH400.

To mate your NP203 to your TH400 like the factory did, you'll need a factory adaptor (I think I have one left but it is welded near a X-member mount), and the 32-spline input gear. I dunno if the NP203 is similar to the NP205, where the 32-spline input gear requires a larger bearing, which would mean some machine work to the case.

It is worth a small set of bills, but the cost of shipping from canada to California is too costly. sorry man. thanks for the offer though.
