Would like to hear from people that have done the swap from a toyota motor to a chevy 350. Any tips and information would be appreciated. Thanks

lots of power! i would recommend doing the tranny and t-case as well! 205 t-case is best. 350's fit in nice and snug. little fire wall and oil pan mods are needed. callan has a good list of parts and other stuff. i just did one in my truck, very nice! alot better going up and down the ski hill.

Here is list of parts you would or could use:

-350,305,4.3
-turbo 350 or 400 with 203 or 205 t-case
-can buy adapter for toy t-case but would use chevy
-rad 26"wide by 21"deep (aprox) or cruiser rad
-electric fan control switch(turns fan off and on at your own preset temp)Lordco
-electric fan
-can use toy or chev altenator
-transmissioncooler
-automatic floor shifter
-chev powersteering pump
-hugger headers(Flowtech) or ram manifolds
-Bits and peices(rad hose,trancooler line,gasline,hose clamps,etc.)
-Drive shafts cut to size

Couple things to do is complete tuneup on engine when in sparkplugs, wire, cap, rotor etc.Unless you know engine runs good.Don't have to buy engine mounts can make yourself.
Crossmember will have to be modifyed.Have to move some stuff around in engine comparement and can get rid of stuff thats no longer needed. All I can think of at this time hope it helps.
