WTF is that size? its a squre... not 3/8, not 1/4!?!!
I take it its a special tool right?

Is that an external or internal square bolt, if it's internal it will be sized for one of the three common rachets sizes (so try a 1/2") and if it's external then just use a crescent wrench and then take it to your tool box and try box wrenches till one fits (probbably 13-15mm or 7/16" to 9/16" ranges)

he should have mentioned its a pugot(sp?) 5spd.

I have the same thing on mine....I just found an old 3/8 cutting tap in my box tightened my vice grips on it and used the square end. Not a perfect fit but it beat buying a tool for the job.

Yeah I tried griding a 3/8 small extension, but it ended up bending then eventually breaking when I tried to undo it.
