Help!

I'm having a 4wd problem. When in 4 low there is a "knocking" sound produced at the frequency of a tire rotation. At the same time both shifters move up and down quite noticably.

Any feedback is appreciated, thanks!

check to make sure that when your driveshaft is rotating that it is not binding together at the transfer case end . My binds a little making probably a similiar noise , but thats cause i have the lift in it.
