Looking to getting it done. How many have had it done. Where did you go? What all does it take, and is it worth doing? Has anyone dealt with icbc with an appraisal done? Any and all help would be appreciated

If the mobile you have is new enough, go to a dealer and have them give you a quick appraisel. You have to show a little interest in selling the mobile but it has worked in the past for me.

You can also call an auto broker (yellow pages) and they will come to your house/work.

I use Len Haffenden. He's been in the business for years, and is very reasonable (Haffenden & Garthe & Associates). His # is in the White Pages.

If you have more than $5,000 invested in upgrades to your vehicle, you may want to consider purchasing extra insurance and having an appraisal done to ease future dealings with your insurer. A formal appraisal isn't necessary, but will assist in your proving the value of the "improvements" that you've made.

Why do you want to get an appraisal?
