There is a neighbourhood is surrey called "Strawberry Hill". The pictures you saw might be the BMX track under the power lines.

Where is Strawberry Hill?
Recently I saw some photos at the annual BSOR 4 wheelers hospital charity fund raiser. I saw some pictures of this place and was wondering where it was located?
