Will a front bumper from a 79 F150 fit an 86 F150? Its not a stock bumper it is a winch bumper. Thanks

if it wraps around the 70's body it'll be too wide for an 80's rig

Thanks for the help. I will have to look at the bumper to see how easy it would be to make new pieces.

I just put a F250 bumper on my Explorer. Chopped 5" off each end and made some new frame mounts from 1/4" plate. Took a couple of hours but very simple.

You don't have pictures of this do you? I am just wondering if the bumper brackets are closer together then the frame would i have to weld new pieces in?
