What should I do to get ready for the winter months?
Already changed to my winter tires, changed coolant (actually, the whole rad was done)..
what else?

make sure your heater and defogger are working well and do an oil change if you use different in winter

I've never used different in winter before, should I be? (10W30)

might want to try running 5w30. It will get oil to your lifters and valves etc faster on cold startups, if it is real cold where you live you should go to synthetic. Make sure your fast idle is working properly and your exauhst stove.
