As above;

What's the best lube for power window tracks and the other moving parts in the door?

Thanks, Luc

shin etsu is the gods lubricant according to the internet, was looking for the right silicone type lube for power windows, and this was the #1 choice, get it at honda dealers, way exp for tube size...

alternatively, Sil Glyde is waaaaay cheaper, and has worked perfect for me, and available everywhere..

i use it in the roller tracks and the rubber channels the window slides in, and all the weatherstripping, especiallly the big chunk along the horizontal top of my soft top of my miata, taken all the squeeks away..

I got some silicone spray on the way back from work today. Made a nice diference and that's only spraying in the tracks so far.

Tomorrow, I'll open up the doors and go to townwith spary to clean everything then lube up as you guys recommended.

Thanks, Luc
